One new main ram cylindewr was fitted with reconditioned rod.
All valves and fittings on machine and Power pack were resealed.
Both hydraulic pump units hve been overhauled with new Components parts fitted and tested with one year warranty.
New flexible hose assemblies fitted where necessary.

All motors checked.
All external wiring checked and replaced where necessary.
All external Components checked and replaced where necessary.
Cabinet Components checked and tested, any damage or malfunctioning items replaced.
Cabinet wiring checked and replaced where necessary.
Guarding.
All guards checked, repaired or replaced where necessary.
All safety devices checked and replaced where necessary.
Extra guarding added to improve safety.
Paint.
All parts prepped and repainted.
Baler chassi - RAL 5015 Bue.
Guards - RAL 1023 Yllow.
Cabinetys - Grey..
Oil cooler - Black.
