The LINDEMANN BIGRO 100 is a Fully Automatic Channel Baler suitable for baling a wide range of materials including Waste Paper, Cardboard and Plastics. This Baler has a 100tons press force and comes complete with two 55Kkw motors. The BIGRO 100 offers a throughput of 8 - 25 tonnes pro hour depending on material and a bale weight of 490 - 750 Kg can be achieved. It comes complete with a material distributor, used for baling high density materials such as news and pams, enable tight comact bales. There is also a fully functional Stamper System, complementing the material shear process. |

Work carried out on LINDEMANN BIGRO 100 Serial nb. 218-037. Prior to this work being carried out the baler was completely dismantled and all Components removed. The chassis was then checked for any cracks or weld failure. Main Frame. Floor replaced in one section and repaired in the others. New guide rails fitted. New friction linkage and hinge pins fitted. New shear fitted. Stamper. Stamper blade repaired and overhauled. Cylinder resealed. Guide rails repaired. Ram Head. Carriage Wheels overhauled and serviced, one replaced. Share blade fitted. Frame repaired. Tying System. Complete tying system overhauled and serviced including. New wire guide tubes fitted. New needles column guides fitted and shimmed. New bronze twister guides fitted. New needle drive chain. |

Hydraulic System. All cylinders were removed stripped checked and new seals fitted. One new main ram cylindewr was fitted with reconditioned rod. All valves and fittings on machine and Power pack were resealed. Both hydraulic pump units hve been overhauled with new Components parts fitted and tested with one year warranty. New flexible hose assemblies fitted where necessary. Electrical Control. All motors checked. All external wiring checked and replaced where necessary. All external Components checked and replaced where necessary. Cabinet Components checked and tested, any damage or malfunctioning items replaced. Cabinet wiring checked and replaced where necessary. Guarding. All guards checked, repaired or replaced where necessary. All safety devices checked and replaced where necessary. Extra guarding added to improve safety. Paint. All parts prepped and repainted. Baler chassi - RAL 5015 Bue. Guards - RAL 1023 Yllow. Cabinetys - Grey.. Oil cooler - Black. |
